David Grossman joined TGCI in 2009 and serves as President of First Boston Capital Partners.
He is responsible for the oversight, management and origination of new loans for the Grossman family’s wholly-owned private lending affiliate, First Boston Capital Partners.
In addition, David is responsible for the asset management of The Grossman Companies, Inc. real estate portfolio.
Prior to joining the Company, David served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Louis Dreyfus Property Group in New York City. Previous to that, he worked for five years at Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Merchant Banking Group in Boston, Washington DC, and New York.
David graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and Public and Private Sector Organizations. He is a Trustee and serves on the Executive Committee at The Rashi School in Dedham, MA.
Ben Stillwell joined our affiliate, The Grossman Companies, Inc. in November 2015 and is our Senior Vice President responsible for loan originations and loan asset management.
Since he joined, Ben has originated over $250 Million in loans, with deals ranging from $500,000 up to $10 Million.
Ben has worked on a variety of residential and commercial developments including 30+ unit condo developments, as well as land aggregation and permitting deals.
Prior to joining The Grossman Companies, Inc., Ben served as a Portfolio Manager in Brookline Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Lending Group.
Previously Ben worked for four years at Gagnier Hicks Associates, a development consulting group specializing in affordable multifamily housing. Ben is a member of ULI Boston. He also serves on the Ambassador’s Council for Caritas Communities.
Chris Michaud joined The Grossman Companies, Inc. in 2017 and is our Vice President responsible for originating new lending opportunities and asset management of the private loan portfolio for First Boston Capital Partners.

Prior to joining The Grossman Companies, Inc., Chris served as a Senior Credit Analyst for Dedham Institution for Savings’ Commercial Lending Group.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from The College of the Holy Cross and his Masters of Liberal Arts in Finance as well as his Real Estate Investment Certificate from Harvard Extension School.
Patrick Bourque joined our affiliate, The Grossman Companies, Inc. in February of 2021 and is responsible for loan originations and loan asset management, while also assisting with social media and marketing.
Patrick has worked on a variety of residential and commercial developments including new construction spec homes, as well as land aggregation and permitting deals.
He began his career in real estate lending in 2014, with a boutique shop in Fairfield County, CT, before moving to Boston in 2017. Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys the outdoors and is an avid offshore fisherman.
Patrick graduated from Endicott College with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Studies.
